My son had just started daycare and had clearly caught something. We saw Dr. Sarah Hathcock and she was so friendly and made my son feel so comfortable. I wish I remembered the nurse's name because she was wonderful too. I highly recommend Dr. Hathcock.
Dr. Callix and Dr. DePaula are wonderful. My little bit loves them both. I have been going to them since he was a baby.
I was not impressed at all. I went several times with son. He had a moderate ear infection. They said that it would just go away on its own. NOT TRUE! They did not give medications--I went back twice. By the time I got him into another doctor, his ear was extremely bad. The new doctor was very angry at the doctors here. Then, to top it all off. They decided to charge more than my co-pay. My insurance company paid their part. Why charge me more? They did not do a thing!!!!
If you have Medicaid don't bother coming here. We drove 30 mins just for them to tell me they don't have my daughters vaccines at this time because she has Medicaid. They could have called me at least to reschedule. I got there 15 minutes early and they called people to the back that got there way after us. The dr I usually see was on vacation so we saw a new dr. She checked my daughters (6 month old baby) ear and she acted like it hurt her. She cried very hard. The dr said its normal and that she did not hurt her but she has never cried while getting her ears checked. I also had my 2 year old with me so when the dr was done I just decided to leave. The nurse told me they still needed to do a finger prick on my son and I told her that I will just reschedule and she just kinda looked at me and rolled her eyes and said ok. Very unprofessional of her. I've never had a problem at this clinic but this visit was just over all terrible. I will say though that the ladies at the front desk are very sweet. I will be finding a new pediatrician for my children
Arrived 10 minutes late and Dr. Classen refused to see my child. I won't scheduled another appointment with her. EVER
