Been going here for 15 years--BUT NO MORE...3 strikes and they are out! #1: [A year ago] Dropped wife's dress (with stain on it) off on Monday for Thursday pick up (Event on Friday)...On Thursday was told they didn't clean it because the stain would never come out. no phone call...just waited for me to happen by...Wife had to rush around Thursday night to buy new dress. #2 [January 2014] Arrived to drop a big load of jackets, shirts and skits off 15 minutes before closing, was told by clerk to return next day as it would take too long to process before she closed. #3 [Yesterday] Picked up 2 pairs of pants, gave my credit card for the $9.11 bill and clerk said no credit cards for any bill less than $15.00. Past business?... They know me?...I am supporting a local business? --In all three instances, customer service FAILED by the same person--- I'll FORGET EXPRESS CLEANERS and so should you.
