Our orders are correct most of the time and the delivery persons are always polite.
Waited at the window for almost 10 minutes before being helped then the guy that came to the window was rude then when back and still did not get my pizza as it sat. My pizza was sitting the whole time waiting for someone. There was at least three different people look at me through the window but no one came to check on me. This is not the first bad experience there but I am getting feed up with the service.
Driver took 20 minutes after he left store to deliver...said he got lost.... uhhhh... ever heard of Waze or Google Maps?
Great pizza for what it is, delivery pizza! Came piping hot and tasty, Brooklyn crust is nice. Not too crazy about the ever increasing delivery charges which are up now to $3.50 now. With the same amount of money you can get a gourmet pizza cooked in a wood burning oven!
We order often and get great pizzas and service. However the last two deliveries came with the driver carrying the bare boxes in the cold (for us) weather. I expect the drivers to use the insulated sleeve ALL the time.
